DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM IMPACT AND COMPLIANCE
Family & Children’s Center
Status: Full-Time; Exempt – Salaried
Work Hours: 40 hours- 45 hours as needed
Supervises: Healthy Families Program Manager; The Brain Train Program Manager; Community Partners Program Supervisor
Immediate Supervisor: Executive Director
JOB OBJECTIVE
To provide direct oversight and ensurrance of the organization’s adherance with funding contracts and regulations, program standards, compliance, and requirements and identify potential risks of non adherence. Create and monitor metrics to effectively measure organizational goals, monitor utilization, indicate progress, and advance the mission. To provide leadership to all Family & Children’s Center programs and ensure quality programming. Serve on the Family & Children’s Center, Inc. Executive Leadership Team. Cultivate community partnerships with non-profit and corporate organizations, and other constituents.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: BS/Master’s degree in business management, business administration, human services administration, or any other relevant field related to working with children and families.
Experience: Two to three years of experience in a role that had direct exposure to management, contract compliance oversight, managing risks and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Administrative experience in human service or related programs, including experience in quality assurance/improvement and program development. Knowledge and understanding of early childhood programming, policy, and practice.
Abilities:
●Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. High degree of sensitivity and responsiveness to colleagues, supervisors, subordinates, clients, and community members.
●Ability to build rapport quickly and easily with staff and have a solid understanding of and experience in supervising and motivating staff, as well as providing support to staff in stressful work environments.
●Ability and willingness to work with the culturally diverse population.
●Ability to establish positive workplace relationships, function in a team environment, and demonstrate acceptance of individual differences with a strict sense of confidentiality and outstanding judgment in all matters.
●Ability to read, interpret and track compliance requirements.
●Bilingual/especially Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus.
●Solid organizational, time/task management skills. Ability to prioritize. Flexibility and tolerance for change.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide reports to management concerning the organization’s contractual compliance with standards and requirements for affiliates and provide reports of outcomes for funding sources.
- Create realistic action plains in dealing with noncompliance situations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations.
- Communicate and make sure everyone is aware of what is needed to comply with internal and external expectations, standards, compliance and requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on program contract requirements and compliance related information.
- Ensure ethical program delivery, client services and best practices.
- Manage budget and provide fiscal oversight for all affiliate activities/programs.
- Monitor and ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Serve as primary advisor to subordinates, direct reports, and Execuutive Director in matters of client/staff emergency.
ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES
- Provide consultation to Executive Director and Program Managers.
- Participate in community events that further and support the programs and mission of Family & Children’s Center affiliates.
- Attend staff meetings, pertinent individual and group supervisions.
- Other duties as assigned by Executive Director.
